- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and operational teams
- Support commercial reporting and ensure accurate project documentation
- Help protect profitability while maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards
The Candidate
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with strong core QS skills and the ability to manage commercial activity across live works. You may already have passive fire protection experience, or you may come from a relevant background such as construction, refurbishment, planned works, social housing, property services, reactive maintenance or compliance works.
You will need:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts
- Experience pricing works and managing commercial project performance
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

- IFE Level 2 or Level 3 FIRAS, BM TRADA or IFC awareness
Why Apply?
