Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Lead Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor looking for a role with genuine ownership, visibility and progression? This is a standout opportunity to join a growing fire protection and property services branch delivering reactive works, planned contracts and project-led schemes across East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties.

The branch has already achieved strong growth, with turnover of around 9.4m last year and expected to exceed 10m this year. You will step into a key senior commercial role, taking ownership of commercial performance across multiple workstreams while working closely with operational teams and senior management.

This is not a narrow QS role. You will lead the branch commercial function, manage CVRs, pricing, invoicing, valuations, variations, final accounts, cost control and commercial reporting, while also supporting the development of junior commercial staff.

As Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of a varied and fast-moving branch workload. Projects range from reactive maintenance and smaller works through to major client accounts.
