About the Powder Coater Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean machinery components for powder coating, ensuring proper surface finish
- Operate powder coating equipment with precision, consistency, and efficiency
- Apply powder coating to large-scale agricultural and construction machinery
- Inspect finished products for consistency, coverage, and adherence to high quality standards
- Follow strict health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of jobs
- Support production flow by handling pre-coat tasks and machine prep
