Are you an experienced Plant Manager, Site Manager or senior operational leader with the strength, resilience and credibility to lead a complex workforce through significant change? We are recruiting for a Plant Manager to take full leadership responsibility for a major industrial operation in South Lanarkshire. This is a high-profile senior appointment with genuine responsibility for people, performance, safety, reliability and the future direction of the site. The business is looking for a visible and decisive leader who can establish clear standards, improve accountability, rebuild engagement and lead the workforce through a substantial period of operational and cultural transformation. This is not simply a technical plant-management role. It is a people-leadership role for someone who knows how to take control of a demanding operation, manage challenging workforce issues and create a stronger, more disciplined and performance-led culture. The Opportunity As Plant Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the site, working closely with senior leadership, the Board and the asset owner. You will lead a multidisciplinary operational workforce and provide the direction, stability and consistency required to improve standards across the operation.
