Are you a Contracts Manager, Planned Works Manager or Senior Site Manager with experience delivering planned maintenance, damp and mould, disrepair or refurbishment programmes across occupied social housing? RecruitME is recruiting for an experienced Planned Contracts Manager to take operational responsibility for a portfolio of planned works, voids, complex repairs and damp and mould contracts across South London and the surrounding area. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for programme delivery, commercial performance, resident satisfaction and the leadership of site-based teams.
