We are looking for a talented PA and Business Support Officer to join a busy head office team in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to provide professional executive support to senior leadership while also coordinating day-to-day business operations.
The Role – PA and Business Support Officer
As a PA and Business Support Officer, you will deliver proactive executive assistance and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of projects, processes, and team operations.
– Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
– Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
– Support internal communications and organise events and briefings
– Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
– Act as a key liaison between senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders
– Provide cross-departmental support to help keep operations running smoothly
About You
– At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Business Support Officer
– Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
