Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Plan and supervise daily maintenance and painting works across multiple sites to meet safety and quality standards.
- Drive Performance: Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and health & safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to your team, ensuring continuous improvement and productivity.
- Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between site teams, clients, and senior management, managing expectations and providing progress updates.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in commercial painting and property maintenance.
- Proven supervisory or leadership skills managing painting or maintenance projects.
- NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in painting/decorating.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and quality assurance processes.
- SSSTS/SMSTS and IOSH qualifications are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage client relationships and site operations efficiently.
