Are you an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with a strong background in passive fire protection, fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation or FRA works? This is a hands-on Contracts Manager opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering passive fire protection and fire compliance works across long-term social housing and public sector frameworks across the M25 / South East region. This is not a desk-based role. You will be out on site, managing multiple live contracts, leading teams and subcontractors, building strong client relationships and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

The Role

As Contracts Manager - Passive Fire, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of passive fire protection and FRA programmes across the M25 / South East region. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, programmes, client relationships, quality, compliance and commercial performance.

  • Managing passive fire protection works including fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation and FRA programmes
  • Overseeing multiple live contracts across the M25 / South East region
  • Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver work on time and within budget
  • Managing programmes, labour, materials, resources and site performance
  • Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships
  • Ensuring health and safety, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
  • Producing and reviewing RAMS, reports and site documentation
  • Monitoring productivity, customer satisfaction and commercial performance
  • Supporting a positive, professional and high-performing site culture

What We're Looking For

You must have fire experience. This could be from passive fire protection, fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation, FRA works or fire compliance programmes. This role would suit someone who has worked as a:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • SMSTS
  • Full UK driving licence
