This isn’t a standard QS role. We’re recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction to join a global engineering business delivering major industrial, infrastructure and process-led construction projects across the EMEA region. You’ll be joining at a genuinely exciting point of growth, with major expansion across new construction, retrofit projects and emerging carbon capture solutions.
This is a role for a commercially sharp QS who wants bigger projects, more autonomy and international exposure. You’ll take ownership of the commercial and financial management of complex construction projects from early planning through to completion, covering:
- Cost control
- Contract administration
- Procurement support
- Forecasting
- Variations
- Commercial reporting
- Project cost planning
You’ll be working across major industrial and chemical facilities, supporting projects that help global operators modernise plant, improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
