We're recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established global engineering business delivering major industrial, infrastructure and process-led construction projects across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role within a growing area of the business, with significant expansion across new construction, retrofit projects and emerging carbon capture solutions. You'll be joining at an exciting stage, as the business continues to support major global operators in modernising existing plant, improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of the commercial and financial management of complex construction projects from early planning through to completion, supporting cost control, contract administration, procurement, forecasting, variations and commercial reporting. You will deliver high-quality planning, cost control and technical coordination across major industrial and chemical facilities, working closely with engineering, project, construction and commercial teams.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially strong Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience across construction, industrial, infrastructure or complex project environments. You'll bring:
- Strong background in construction cost management and contract administration
- Experience managing budgets on large-scale commercial, civil engineering, industrial or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimating and contract management
- Experience supporting procurement, forecasting, variations and commercial reporting
- Strong commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
