Job Description
We on the hunt for aSales and Marketing Coordinator who will assist the Sales team within our clients bespoke engineering brands whose products are used across the globe.
This role is crucial to maintaining the highest levels of customer experience while supporting internal sales and marketing processes.
So, were seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who enjoys speaking with clients, helping their colleagues achieve their goals and has a spark for marketing.

Our client is a leading Grantham business and supplier of high-quality, engineered materials processing products and associated support services.
Theyre a family business with strong values, foster a collaborative and driven work environment with a commitment to growth across all areas of our company, this role will play a key part in helping them build their brand and achieve the Sales Teams goals.
Main Duties:
You will assist the sales teams with daily administrative activities, including but not limited to:
Handling enquiries and preparing quotations
Processing sales orders and invoicing
Managing and processing documents
Supporting marketing activities, both digital and traditional
Skills Required:
- Excellent administrative skillset to support your colleagues
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, including face-to-face, email interactions and telephone as youll be handling both national and international calls
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A genuine focus on providing outstanding customer service to the companys clients
- Knowledge of marketing including writing posts with SEO and keywords to garner a greater audience
The working hours are Monday to Thursday – 8:15am to 5pm and Fridays 8:30am to 12:30pm, do note this is an office-based job role.
Qualifications and Experience:
No qualifications necessary but previous experience in a similar administration, sales and marketing role would be an advantage, but there will be full training given.
