What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the training academy
- Set up classrooms and workshop areas for practical training sessions
- Support trainers with equipment and room setups
- Maintain tools and technical equipment, ensuring everything is safe and ready to use
- Take responsibility for stores and goods-in receiving, checking, and storing tools, uniforms, and training gear
- Manage stock levels and keep accurate records of issued equipment
- Ensure all training tools are maintained and calibrated as needed
- Work as part of a small team to continuously improve the site and support learners
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or similar hands-on tasks (formal qualifications a bonus, but not essential)
- A methodical and organised approach to work
- Confidence working with basic technical equipment or software
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- A helpful, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or facilities support role is useful
