What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance across the training academy
  • Set up classrooms and workshop areas for practical training sessions
  • Support trainers with equipment and room setups
  • Maintain tools and technical equipment, ensuring everything is safe and ready to use
  • Take responsibility for stores and goods-in receiving, checking, and storing tools, uniforms, and training gear
  • Manage stock levels and keep accurate records of issued equipment
  • Ensure all training tools are maintained and calibrated as needed
  • Work as part of a small team to continuously improve the site and support learners

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, or similar hands-on tasks (formal qualifications a bonus, but not essential)
  • A methodical and organised approach to work
  • Confidence working with basic technical equipment or software
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • A helpful, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or facilities support role is useful
