Our global engineering clientāan established leader in combustion, environmental and thermal process technologiesāis looking to appoint a Technical Sales Engineer to support their high-performing Aftermarket Division.

The Role
- Review and interpret customer specifications and engineering drawings
- Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals and costings
- Work closely with engineering, service and commercial teams to validate solutions
- Engage directly with clients and EPCs to understand needs and propose bestāfit options
- Maintain pipeline discipline through structured followāup and CRM management
- Support commercial negotiations and ensure proposals are profitable and compliant
- Build longāterm relationships across key accounts and global operators
What You Need to Bring
- Strong engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or similar)
- Experience in technical sales, applications engineering or a customerāfacing technical role
- Ability to understand P&IDs, drawings, and technical specifications
- Commercial awareness and confidence preparing costed proposals
- Clear communicator, comfortable engaging with engineers and decisionāmakers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience within combustion, flares, burners, thermal or process equipment
- Exposure to aftermarket sales cycles within industrial engineering
- Understanding of field service or engineered product lifecycles
