Are you an experienced Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager or Senior Buyer with a strong background in manufacturing? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a procurement function within a growing manufacturing business, leading a small purchasing team and driving measurable improvements across supplier performance, cost control, category management and supply chain resilience. This is not a transactional purchasing role. You will influence senior decision-making, improve commercial performance and lead meaningful change across the business.
As Procurement Manager, you will lead end-to-end procurement strategy across raw materials, packaging, goods and indirect services. You will work closely with senior leadership and teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Finance, Commercial and Innovation, ensuring procurement supports business growth, operational performance and long-term supplier resilience. Your focus will be on delivering value beyond price by improving total cost of ownership, supplier performance, risk management, commercial outcomes and procurement processes.
