Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer looking for a rare opportunity to work in a highly advanced manufacturing environment? We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a modern, growing manufacturing site in Sleaford. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled maintenance role with a strong electrical focus, supporting specialist production equipment used to manufacture high-performance materials for sectors such as aerospace, defence, motorsport, automotive, marine, energy and industrial applications. This is not a standard maintenance role.
You will be joining an AI-led, global advanced manufacturing company headquartered in the UK, with sites across Europe, the UK and the USA. The environment is high-integrity, technically demanding and quality-focused, where reliability, precision and equipment performance really matter.
