Multiple opportunities due to continued growth.

Wealth Management Business operating across the East Midlands, East Anglia and London.

We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established professional services business that is continuing to grow across its Wealth Management division. Due to continued growth, there are now multiple opportunities for experienced Independent Financial Advisers and ambitious Trainee IFAs to join the business at its Grantham and Stamford offices. The firm has been established for over 100 years, but this is not a traditional, slow-moving environment. The business is led by an entrepreneurial leadership team who are investing in growth, modern ways of working and the use of technology, including AI, to further develop and scale its wealth management offering.

The Wealth Management division is led by a strong, people-focused leader who is building a collaborative, ambitious and high-performing team. There is a genuine team culture here, with regular team days out and a working environment designed to support growth, development and shared success.

The Role

As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will provide high-quality advice to a broad client base across areas including investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection, estate planning, inheritance tax planning and wider financial planning needs. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver an efficient and professional service, and uphold the highest standards of client care.

For Trainee IFAs, this is a strong opportunity to develop within a supportive, experienced team, with the backing of an established firm and a leadership team committed to growing the Wealth Management division. This role would suit someone who is commercially aware, self-motivated and genuinely ambitious. The business is particularly keen to speak with driven, hungry and career-focused IFAs or Trainee IFAs who want to be part of a growing team rather than simply step into another advisory role.

We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, Financial Adviser, Financial Planner or Trainee IFA
  • Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and wider financial planning
  • Diploma qualified status, or working towards this for trainee-level candidates
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • A self-starting, proactive and commercially focused approach
  • Genuine ambition, drive and hunger to develop
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • A team-focused approach and commitment to high standards of client care

Why This Role?

This is a strong opportunity to join a respected, established business at an exciting stage of growth. You will be joining a firm with deep client relationships, a strong professional reputation and a leadership team actively investing in the future of its Wealth Management division. The business offers the credibility of a long-established brand, combined with the ambition, pace and innovation of a modern, growth-led organisation. You will also be joining a team that values collaboration, ambition and a positive team culture.
