This is a new client-facing Customer Technical Quality Manager role in a fast-growing, award-winning manufacturing business supplying major UK retailers. You’ll work alongside the existing Quality Management team, adding dedicated customer-facing technical support and helping strengthen the link between internal quality, compliance and external customer expectations.
If you’ve built your career around quality control, audits and compliance, and you’re confident dealing directly with customer technical and quality teams, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make an impact. You’ll be trusted to work directly with customer quality and technical teams, while also working closely with the existing Quality Management team to drive improvements across quality, compliance and KPI performance.
This is a customer-facing technical quality role with strong external client exposure and so you will:
- Act as a primary technical and quality contact for customers and retailers
- Support BRCGS and customer audits
- Work directly with customer quality control and technical teams to ensure compliance
- Oversee quality control processes and testing programmes
- Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA
- Work alongside the existing Quality Management team to improve standards, processes and customer confidence
Experience in a Quality Manager, Technical Manager, Customer Technical Manager, QA Manager or similar role OR A SIMILAR ROLE in the Retail Sector. Background in food, nutraceutical, pharma or regulated manufacturing. Confident working with customer technical and quality teams.
