We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading organisation who are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Advisor to join their dynamic and close knit HR Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and contribute to the success of the business, a large global agriculture group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial part in delivering an efficient and impactful HR service, aligned with best practices and business goals.

As an HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide HR advisory support to management and staff on employee relations matters, including capability, conduct, and grievance cases.
  • Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Support recruitment processes to ensure smooth onboarding and the hiring of the best talent.
  • Absence management: Partner with managers to implement absence reduction strategies and manage sickness absence across the organisation.
  • Training & development: Ensure 100% training compliance across all disciplines, including legal, technical, and health and safety. Facilitate employee development through effective training programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion at all levels, ensuring values are communicated and upheld.
  • Provide strategic support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) with solid experience in HR advisory roles.
  • Proven track record in employee relations, training, and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Previous HR experience in the food production or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Practical and flexible, with the ability to solve problems quickly and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
