We are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing, fast-paced manufacturing and food processing site at Anwick. This is a critical site-based role, providing front-line engineering support to production. You will respond quickly to breakdowns, carry out proactive maintenance, and play a key role in improving equipment reliability, availability and performance against OEE targets. You will be part of a professional, safety-led engineering function where your technical expertise genuinely matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and safely to all plant stoppages and breakdowns
- Maintain, adjust, repair and service equipment for optimum performance
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance within your competence
- Fault-find and repair machinery across single and three-phase systems
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets product specifications
- Work with Engineering leadership and external engineers on complex issues
- Comply fully with Health & Safety rules, including COSHH and safe systems of work
- Assist with training and assessment of operators and engineers
- Complete accurate documentation and report non-conformances promptly
- Use SAP / CMMS to record labour, parts and maintenance activity
Candidate Profile
- Time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Apprentice trained to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or UK-recognised equivalent)
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding capability across industrial electrical systems
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- IT literate and comfortable using CMMS / SAP systems
