We are seeking driven food production leaders to manage production operations, ensure quality and compliance, and lead a high-performing team at our client's expanding business. Key Responsibilities- Deliver production schedules on time and in full
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards
- Lead and develop production teams
- Drive efficiency, minimise waste, and improve processes
- Support the launch and scale-up of new products
- Maintain accurate KPIs and performance reporting
- Experience as a Production Manager in Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance frameworks
