Are you an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a days-only, Monday-to-Friday role with no nights? RecruitME is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the Mill Engineering team at Navenby Feed Mill. This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns and continuous improvement across a busy feed mill environment.

Shift pattern
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
The role
- Electrical fault-finding and repairs across production machinery
- Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
- Mechanical maintenance and basic repairs where required
- Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly to minimise downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability
- Working closely with production teams to keep the mill running efficiently
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to site standards
What we're looking for
- Strong electrical maintenance experience
- 18th Edition qualification
- BTEC Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Mechanical maintenance capability
- Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, food, feed mill, agricultural or similar environments
- Good fault-finding skills
- Organised, flexible and team-focused approach
