A commercial customer role with real depth, variety and progression. Are you in sales, account management, customer service or commercial support and looking for a role with more substance? This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of sports supplements, vitamins and wellness products, working with brands across tablets, capsules, gummies, powder blends and private label health products. This is not a quick, transactional sales role. You’ll be working with qualified, quantifiable leads, managing customer relationships and helping guide clients through detailed B2B manufacturing projects that can run for 12 to 18 months.
You’ll also work internally with almost every part of the business, including the scientific team, product specialists, quality control, product testing, packaging, planning, procurement and supply chain. It’s a brilliant role for someone who enjoys customers, commercial conversations, organisation and working across different teams to get things done properly.
As an Account Executive, you’ll manage B2B customer relationships across the sports supplements, vitamins and wellness product manufacturing sector. You’ll support new enquiries, develop existing accounts, follow up leads, coordinate customer requirements and make sure clients are kept informed throughout each stage of their project. Because these projects can take 12 to 18 months, you’ll need to be organised, proactive and good at maintaining communication. You’ll be the person helping to keep momentum between the customer and the internal teams.
You do not need sports supplements or vitamins sector experience. What matters is that you are commercially aware, confident with customers, detail-focused and willing to learn a technical, product-led sector.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with qualified and quantifiable B2B leads
- Manage customer relationships through long 12 to 18 month project cycles
- Liaise with customers from initial enquiry through to project completion
- Develop existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth
- Turn customer interest into clear commercial opportunities
- Work closely with scientific, product, quality, testing, packaging, planning, procurement and supply chain teams
- Help customers understand product options, specifications, timelines and next steps
- Prepare quotes and support commercial pricing conversations
- Keep CRM records, pipelines and forecasts accurate and up to date
- Follow up with customers properly and keep projects moving
- Build strong product and sector knowledge
- Represent the business professionally in calls, meetings and industry events
