Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager, Engineering Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager with a background in power generation, energy from waste, biomass, manufacturing or heavy process?
We're recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical and multi-skilled maintenance team at a specialist energy facility near Market Harborough.
You'll be responsible for delivering safe, compliant and cost-effective preventative and reactive maintenance, while improving plant reliability, availability and engineering performance.

The role
As Maintenance Manager, you'll lead the site Maintenance Team across mechanical, electrical and multi-skilled engineering disciplines. xgikmsk
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing the maintenance team
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance
- Improving plant availability and reliability
- Planning and delivering major plant outages
- Managing external contractors and suppliers
- Managing the maintenance budget and CAPEX/OPEX costs
- Ensuring CMMS, PPM and asset history records are maintained
- Managing critical spares and stores
- Leading root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Ensuring compliance with PSSR, LOLER and COSHH
- Supporting permit-to-work and safe isolation systems
- Working closely with Operations to minimise downtime
The role also includes responsibility for contractor RAMS, outage delivery, risk assessments, method statements and technical support across the site.
