You’ll be the electrical authority on shift, diagnosing faults, restoring production, protecting people and plant, and handing over cleanly to the next team.
What you’ll bring:
- Completed electrical apprenticeship (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Electrical Engineering
- 17th or 18th Edition (18th preferred)
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong fault-finding ability on 3-phase systems, motors, panels & plant
- Comfortable on 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 operation
- A safety-first mindset isolations, permits, risk awareness
- Confident working independently and communicating clearly at handover
