within a busy operational environment.

The HR Advisor Role
Working alongside an experienced Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner, youll provide practical HR support to managers and employees across the operation. Your responsibilities will include: Advising managers on
disciplinary, grievance, absence, conduct and capability cases Supporting and leading employee relations investigations Coaching managers on HR policies, employment law and best practice Managing absence cases and supporting return-to-work and absence reduction plans Building strong relationships with operational managers and employees Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activity Assisting with workforce planning and organisational change Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and communication initiatives Maintaining accurate HR records, case documentation and HR systems Helping managers deal confidently and consistently with people issues
What Were Looking For
You may currently be working as an: HR Advisor | HR Officer | People Advisor | Employee Relations Advisor | ER Advisor | HR Generalist | Site HR Advisor
Were particularly interested in candidates who have: Previous HR advisory or generalist HR experience Strong
employee relations
experience Confidence handling disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience advising and coaching managers The ability to manage several cases and priorities simultaneously A practical, approachable and solutions-focused style Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A
CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential .
