The Role

Reporting directly to the Director General Manager, the Operations Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the hotel, spa, leisure, and F&B operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience and ensuring consistency, quality, and commercial success across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
  • Enhance operational standards, processes, and service delivery in line with luxury expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director GM to meet strategic and financial objectives.
  • Influence and support the ongoing regeneration and investment plans for the resort.
  • Foster a proactive, guest-centric culture that drives repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Manage and optimise resources, maintaining profitability while enhancing quality.
