The company has a strong reputation for service, reliability and looking after customers, so they are looking for someone who is polite, steady, professional and dependable. The work can be quite repetitive once trained, but that is exactly why the right person will enjoy it. This is not a role for someone looking for complex breakdowns, heavy industrial maintenance or constantly changing technical challenges. It is ideal for someone who wants a stable, predictable field-based engineering role with sensible hours and no call out.
