Join RecruitME. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or a strong sales professional who is ready to build a career in recruitment. This is an opportunity to join an award-winning, veteran-owned recruitment business based in Grantham, working with clients across engineering, manufacturing, renewable energy, professional services and specialist recruitment markets.
This role would suit someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and taking ownership of their own success. You might already be working in recruitment, or you may come from a sales, business development, account management or customer-focused commercial background and be looking for a new career path. Either way, we’re looking for someone with drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people.
You’ll have the freedom to build and develop your own desk, manage client and candidate relationships, and work in a grown-up environment where performance is recognised without unnecessary KPIs, micromanagement or corporate politics.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, screening and speaking with candidates
- Writing job adverts and candidate attraction messages
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
- Arranging interviews and supporting candidates through the process
- Building your own market, desk and client base
- Acting as a genuine recruitment partner to clients and candidates
Who We’re Looking For
We’d like to hear from people with experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management, telesales, resourcing or client relationship management. Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but it is not essential. If you have strong sales ability, confidence on the phone and the right attitude, we’d still be very interested in speaking with you.
You’ll likely be someone who is:
