The Role:
We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-run agricultural manufacturing site near Navenby. You'll play a key part in maintaining, improving, and optimising production equipment to keep operations efficient, safe, and reliable. This is a hands-on engineering role offering the best of both worlds stability and variety. You'll use your electrical and mechanical expertise to deliver planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and help drive continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and breakdown repairs
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and effectively

About You:
- Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BTEC Level 4 or equivalent)
