Are you an experienced HR Administrator or Recruitment Administrator looking for a busy role with variety, responsibility and genuine scope to progress?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing operational business where you will support recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR activity across the employee lifecycle.

You'll be joining a fast-paced team where there is plenty happening, no shortage of variety, and the opportunity to broaden your HR experience.

What you'll be doing

·Coordinating recruitment from advert through to interview and onboarding

·Screening CVs and managing candidate communication

·Preparing contracts, offer letters and new starter paperwork

·Maintaining HR systems and employee records

·Supporting absence, payroll and employee lifecycle administration

·Managing HR inbox queries

·Supporting training and wider HR projects

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have previous experience as an:

HR Administrator | Recruitment Administrator | HR Assistant | HR Coordinator | People Administrator

You'll also need strong organisation, attention to detail, good communication skills and confidence managing several priorities at once.

HR systems experience is useful, but full training will be provided.
