Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in passive fire, fire safety, social housing, refurbishment or occupied property environments?
We are recruiting for an experienced QS to manage the commercial delivery of passive fire protection and remedial construction projects across South Wales.
You do not need to be a career passive-fire specialist, but you must have worked within fire-related works, social housing, occupied refurbishment or a similar compliance-led environment.

- Variations and change control
- Cost planning, forecasting and CVRs
- Subcontractor accounts
- Final accounts
- Site measurements
- Client and subcontractor negotiations
- Commercial reporting and cost control
What we're looking for
Experience within Passive Fire, Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Social Housing, Refurbishment, Property Services, Compliance Works or Planned Works
Strong experience of valuations, variations, subcontractor management, final accounts and commercial control
Experience of Schedule of Rates, NHF rates, framework contracts or occupied buildings would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence
Projects will include fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation and wider fire-remediation works across social housing, education, hotels and commercial property.
