A customer-focused commercial role in sports supplements and vitamins. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturer within the sports supplements, vitamins and wellness products sector, supporting business customers through detailed product development and manufacturing projects. This is not a cold-call, high-pressure sales role. You'll be working with qualified customer enquiries and warm B2B leads, helping clients move from initial interest through to completed product. Many projects can run over 12 to 18 months, so this role is about relationship-building, clear communication, organisation and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
You’ll also work closely with internal teams across product development, technical, quality, testing, packaging, planning and supply chain.
The role as Account Executive involves acting as a key point of contact for business customers, helping them understand options, progress enquiries and move projects forward. You’ll manage customer communication, follow up leads, support quotes and help coordinate information between the customer and internal departments. It’s a strong fit for someone who enjoys dealing with people, building relationships and working in a commercially focused role where no two customer projects are exactly the same. As Account Executive, you will:
- Work with qualified B2B leads and customer enquiries
