Lead the charge on technical excellence, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Lead the technical delivery of security and fire installations: CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection systems
Manage projects from proposal through to client handover
Oversee planning, engineering, programming, logistics, stock, and subcontractor support
Provide real-time technical guidance to engineers and subcontractors in the field
Support the Helpdesk and Control Room with system setup and monitoring
Conduct site visits to verify quality standards and engage with clients
Identify and deliver process improvements to strengthen operational performance
Proven experience delivering security and fire installations (Electrical, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Fire Detection)
Track record managing £5m+ annual projects
Strong knowledge of NSI Gold or equivalent compliance standards
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel and stay overnight when needed
Desirable:
Senior-level technical, contracts, or project management experience in fire/security/electrical sector
Familiarity with project delivery software (CRM, scheduling, job management)
Experience managing subcontractors and multi-site delivery teams
Background in operational development and process improvement
£50,000 £55,000 salary depending on experience
