The role

You’ll take ownership of a varied commercial property caseload, working with a broad client base and delivering commercially focused advice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Advising developers, investors, lenders and business owners
  • Delivering clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
  • Supporting junior team members where appropriate
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the department

About you

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially aware and enjoys working in a collaborative environment:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Able to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Professional, approachable and client-focused
  • A team player who can also work autonomously
