As a Field Sales Executive, you will drive new customer acquisition by representing a strong broadband proposition directly to households in targeted areas. You will use Salesforce Maps to plan your day, identify doors to visit, record outcomes, manage your patch and stay on top of follow-up opportunities. This is not a warm-leads sales role. This is for someone who is genuinely hungry to knock doors, create conversations and earn serious commission. You will be expected to knock a minimum of 40 unique doors per day, record every outcome accurately and work towards clear daily and monthly sales targets. Wherever possible, you will be placed close to where you live, helping you build knowledge of your local territory and create stronger customer conversations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling broadband services door to door across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire
- Knocking a minimum of 40 unique doors per day
- Creating sales opportunities through consistent field activity
- Speaking with households about their broadband needs

The business currently has around 230,000 premises live, with a further 70,000 due to be built this year. There are more than 200,000 premises still to be knocked, giving successful Field Sales Executives a huge opportunity to build pipeline, generate sales and grow their earnings. Some doors are in areas with no fibre competitors. Others will require stronger sales conversations where customers have alternative options available. Either way, if you are consistent, organised and hungry to knock doors, there is serious money to be made.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, direct sales, utilities, telecoms, broadband, energy, charity sales, estate agency, retail sales or another target-driven customer-facing role
- A genuine hunger for knocking doors and creating opportunities
- Confidence speaking to members of the public face to face
- The ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections positively
- Motivation to achieve targets and earn strong commission
- Strong self-management and personal organisation
- Resilience, energy and consistency in the field
- Discipline in using systems and recording accurate information

- A full UK driving licence is preferred
