THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a desk-based role. We’re looking for a hands‑on Roofing Site Manager to oversee works across multiple sites within the South West, delivering planned and reactive roofing works within social housing. You’ll be managing a mix of direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will spend the majority of your time out on site, with occasional days in the Exeter office for admin and reporting.
