They are now looking for a Data Analyst who is ready to do more than build reports - someone who can create meaningful change across the organisation using data, dashboards, and curiosity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Own recurring and ad hoc reporting across the business
  • Optimise data processes using SQL, Excel, and automation tools
  • Work with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
  • Help identify trends, track performance, and influence decisions
  • Champion best practice in reporting and data governance
  • Collaborate across departments and help build a smarter way of working

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, macros)
  • Experience with Power BI / Fabric
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, etc.) desirable
  • Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance desirable
  • Degree in a STEM subject nice to have
  • Knowledge of the energy/utilities sector a bonus
