They are now looking for a Data Analyst who is ready to do more than build reports - someone who can create meaningful change across the organisation using data, dashboards, and curiosity.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Own recurring and ad hoc reporting across the business
- Optimise data processes using SQL, Excel, and automation tools
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
- Help identify trends, track performance, and influence decisions
- Champion best practice in reporting and data governance
- Collaborate across departments and help build a smarter way of working
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role
- Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with Power BI / Fabric
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, etc.) desirable
- Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance desirable
- Degree in a STEM subject nice to have
- Knowledge of the energy/utilities sector a bonus
