The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works. This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of contracts, from mobilisation through to delivery and financial performance.
The Role
- Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
- Take ownership of contract performance and margin
- Manage direct labour and subcontractors
- Monitor productivity and performance
- Carry out site visits and compliance checks
- Build strong client relationships
- Drive H&S, compliance and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Contracts Manager experience in Passive Fire / FRA
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping and compliance
- Experience managing labour-based delivery
- Commercially and financially aware
- Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
- Strong leadership and communication skills
