You will act as a key contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other parties, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of client care and compliance. Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients Using conveyancing case management systems Managing billing and outstanding monies Supervising or allocating work to a conveyancing assistant where required Identifying and escalating compliance, risk or AML concerns Residential Conveyancers | Licensed Conveyancers | Conveyancing Solicitors | Residential Property Lawyers | Residential Property Fee Earners Proven residential conveyancing experience Good knowledge of legal compliance, risk and AML requirements Experience using a conveyancing case management system You should ideally be a Licensed CLC Lawyer or hold an equivalent recognised legal qualification .
