RecruitME is partnering with a global engineering group that operates across the nuclear, marine, aerospace, defence and energy sectors. RecruitME is looking to fill a Senior Account Manager role to cover the Midlands region and defence sector clients.

We need a “World Class” Account Manager who can maintain and grow key accounts. The successful candidate must handle adversity, ambiguity and complexity to meet individual and company goals, think strategically, lead and inspire others, apply business acumen and communicate with influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Senior Account Manager, Defence will lead the planning and execution process of selling, qualifying and closing large and/or difficult opportunities.
  • They will act as a subject matter expert on both Company and competitor offerings and services.
  • Build strategic business relationships with key decision makers and position the Company for prospects.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Defence Sector
  • At least a bachelor’s degree and/or several years of experience in a technical and commercial sales position
  • Experience in business development and/or sales
  • Experience with sales methodology
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
