The Role

  • Contract cost control and commercial performance
  • Monthly CVRs and forecasting
  • Applications for payment and cash collection
  • Variations, valuations and final accounts
  • Subcontractor procurement and management
  • Financial reporting and margin improvement
  • Commercial risk identification and mitigation
  • Tender support and pre-construction input
  • Supporting branch profitability and project delivery

  • Previous Quantity Surveying or Estimating experience within painting, refurbishment, planned works or construction
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
  • Strong CVR and cost management experience
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card (Manager / Professionally Qualified Person)
