What You’ll Do

  • Deliver top-notch administrative support to solicitors and partners
  • Prepare, format, and proofread letters, documents, and reports
  • Keep client records and case files accurate and up-to-date (digital & paper)
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and post
  • Work with colleagues across the office to keep workflows smooth
  • Assist with billing, document production, and other office tasks
  • Handle confidential information with care
  • Support new client onboarding and case file openings
  • Suggest improvements to make office processes even better
