Job Description We are recruiting for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to join a respected national contractor delivering long-term retrofit, decarbonisation and energy efficiency projects across social housing.This is a strong opportunity for a Site Manager, Retrofit Manager, EWI Site Manager, Planned Works Manager, Construction Site Manager or Social Housing Site Manager who wants a stable role with clear progression, a good package and the chance to work on meaningful projects improving homes and reducing energy use.You will manage fabric-first retrofit works across multiple live sites, including External Wall Insulation (EWI), solar PV, brickwork repairs, structural repairs and general fabric improvement works.This is not a hands-on tools role.
