Branch Manager – Projects (Construction / Property Services, North West)
Our client, one of the UK’s largest privately-owned property services contractors, is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to head up Projects across the North West region.
Location: Warrington, covering the North West region

Based in Warrington, this is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for branch operations, leading the delivery of planned and project works while ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Lead and motivate operational, commercial, and support teams to deliver contracts safely and profitably.
- Take charge of all Projects in the North West, from mobilisation through to successful completion.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, securing repeat and future business.
- Take full financial ownership of branch performance – P&L, budgets, invoicing, and forecasting.
- Drive compliance with Health & Safety, promoting a culture of safety across all projects.
- Collaborate with Business Development on tenders and new opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and performance-manage staff while managing subcontractor networks.
- Monitor and report on branch performance through audits and regular reviews.
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management role within construction, property services, or planned works.
- Proven ability to manage both planned and project works.
- Strong commercial acumen, with P&L management and forecasting experience.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Professional industry qualifications (CSCS card, CMI L5 Certificate in Management & Leadership, or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
