The Role
As Contracts Manager, you'll oversee multiple planned works and refurbishment contracts across Yorkshire, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll manage site teams, supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility, organisation and proactive problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple planned works / refurbishment contracts from mobilisation through to completion
- Lead Site Supervisors and operational teams across live sites
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed quality standards
- Drive productivity, programme delivery and commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with clients and residents
- Monitor progress, costs and resource allocation
- Support recruitment, training and development of site teams
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and environmental standards
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates
- Promote a positive culture across all operational teams
What We're Looking For

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent trade qualification
- Minimum 5 years trade / construction experience
