Your Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the biogas plant, gas upgrade plant, gas injection plant, and effluent treatment plant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance and Operations – Ensure plant performance is at its best in terms of availability, efficiency, and reliability.
- SHEQ & Compliance – Maintain a safe, incident-free working environment and uphold industry best practices.
- Problem Solving & Innovation – Troubleshoot faults, contribute to technical improvements, and optimise processes.
- Collaboration & Leadership – Support and train colleagues, oversee contractors, and monitor key plant activities.
What we’re looking for:
- Engineering Expertise – Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent mechanical discipline).
- Mechanical or Electrical Skills – Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment.
- IT Literate – Good knowledge of Excel and plant monitoring systems.
- Proactive & Hands-On – Ability to work independently and within a team, making key operational decisions.
- Call-Out Availability – Willingness to be part of a site call-out rota (with TOIL).
