This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse or Advisor looking to take ownership of a site-based occupational health function and make a genuine impact on employee wellbeing.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will be the go-to specialist for occupational health matters, supporting both employees and managers with health-related issues, sickness absence management, and wellbeing initiatives. You'll play a key role in promoting a healthy workforce while ensuring compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice.
The Role:
- This is a varied position that combines health surveillance, employee wellbeing, and absence management within a busy manufacturing environment.
- You'll be responsible for delivering occupational health programmes across the site, conducting fitness-for-work assessments, and supporting employees returning to work following periods of absence.
