We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an Occupational Health Advisor to join a welcoming, highly professional and client-focused Occupational Health team. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites.
You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering a high-quality Occupational Health service and building positive relationships with clients and employees.
The Role- Manage management referrals and produce clear, professional reports
- Deliver health surveillance, statutory medicals, DSE assessments and health screening
- Refer cases to Occupational Health Physicians when needed
- Work closely with HR, Line Managers and Health & Safety teams
- Maintain accurate records, confidentiality and clinical standards
- Registered Adult Nurse with active NMC registration
- Minimum two years post-registration experience
- Occupational Health qualification
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, client-focused team
