We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a committed and experienced sessional Occupational Health Physician to deliver a weekly face-to-face clinic in Southampton from January. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexible, sessional work within a well-established and supportive OH setting.
About the Role:
Working on behalf of our client, you will deliver high-quality clinical assessments, with a strong focus on health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, and clear, evidence-based advice to employees and management. You will also link with the client's wider multidisciplinary OH team to ensure a smooth, professional service.
What We're Looking For:
- AFOM (or above) strongly preferred
- Solid experience in health surveillance and core OH clinical activity
- Applications from experienced DipOcc professionals are also welcomed
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- A proactive, dependable, and professional approach
