This is a female-led, independent Occupational Health service where people genuinely come first, both patients and clinicians. Based in a clinic setting at the Southampton Head Office, this role is ideal for an OHA who enjoys building real relationships with clients. You'll have the time and continuity to deliver meaningful, person-centred care, not just process-driven assessments.

With excellent back-office support, you can focus on clinical quality rather than admin burden, all within an environment that prioritises support, collaboration, and professional respect. This is a permanent role based in Southampton, with some travel to client sites.

We're looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a well-established, clinically led Occupational Health service based at our Southampton Head Office clinic. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services while contributing to service development and maintaining excellent standards of patient care.

  • Undertake health surveillance, statutory medicals, and health screening
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with the NMC Code
  • Escalate complex cases to Occupational Health Physicians when required
  • Ensure high standards of clinical governance, infection control, and safety
  • Support and oversee the work of Occupational Health Technicians
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Line Managers, and Health & Safety teams
  • Contribute to service improvement, health promotion, and team support

Registered Adult Nurse (NMC) Specialist qualification in Occupational Health. 25 days holiday +
